Start here: get your Claude ready

About ten minutes per step, just once. After that, it knows you. You never explain your colours, your logo, what your business is called or how you want your documents to come out again — and you stop repeating what you do in every single conversation. It's optional, but it's what makes everything else work better.

What comes out of these first steps is a file of your own, saved on your computer and pasted into your Claude just once. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Let Claude get to know you

Seven short conversations. You can do them in any order you like, but if you don't know where to start: Your Profile first, and then Your Brand.

The office tools

These are not ours: they are official Anthropic ones, and everyone uses them whatever their trade. Many are already installed without anyone realising. We put them here because they really are essential and because hardly anyone knows them by name.

To build what's yours

And this is where it all leads: to you ending up making your own skills. Our skills are the sample; the good part starts when you build your own.

The computer in order

Before Claude, the house: the desktop, the files, the backup. Half an hour that you notice every day.

Claude properly connected

Your email, your calendar, your documents and your phone connected. This is where Claude stops being a chat and starts being your office.

⏰ Let it work on its own

Routines: things that get done without you being there. All you do is read the result.

Working well with Claude

The habits that separate "I tried it and it was no use to me" from "I don't know how to work without it any more": asking better, keeping the memory, and knowing when to trust it.

With your head on

Passwords, your clients' data and what to do when something goes wrong. The boring part that saves you a nasty surprise.

When Claude isn't the tool

For every job there is a better AI, and it changes every month. These skills look up which one it is today —Claude if it's the best or near enough; if not, whichever one it should be, said honestly— and give you the prompt written out to take with you.

What now?

With this done, go to Professional and pick up an idea for your business. Everything you ask for from now on comes out already knowing who you are.
